Figuring out what is true is the hard part. Once you've got that, you can just tell people they can decide whether to swell their injuries and watch them choose differently. This sequence provides the foundations needed to navigate "psychological problems" yourself, such that "techniques" become obsolete.
Perception of reality dissolves perception of choice; those who choose the hardest choose the most blindly.
Perception of causality is not perception of cause; perceiving the full cause is the perception that unfolds the experience of all being right.
